Please let me know what balance I need. It is marked 2920 and it is 30 inches measured by your instruction.

The channel is 30 inches long and it has a number on it that does not match any of you part numbers. 2930 is the number. Could you please let me know what part number to order. Thanks

I have a window that the side spring doesn't stay in place and the sash is cracked on the lower pane. The part reflects: Unique 29-C-30 and a date of 20-07-99. I'm assuming I need a full set for both sides of replacement parts; so whatever is required please let me know and I'll order them right away. Tks, Charlie Q

Hello, The channels I'm looking to replace have markings "29 3 CP CALDWELL" & as shown in photos. Note, the measurement of the channel is actually a full 30". I would be grateful if you can direct me where to purchase. Thank you.

Channel guide number on part is 294A and has a B61 on it. The channel guide is 30 inches long, 5/8 inch deep and 1/2 inch wide. House built back in 1984.

I plan to 30" Series 351 Channel Balance (2960) to replace a broken one in my non-tilt window. My question concerns what is stamped on the balance. It says, "29 6 HS or H5 Caldwell." The reference numbers provided are 4 digit and the numbers on my balance are 3 digit. Bill
