Dear Swisco, I need to order a replacement channel balance part for my window. I measured the width which is 1/2", and the length is 33". The weight of my window is 28 pounds. I need help identifying these balances and top sash guides for my window, The length of the balance is 33 inches (metal only), and the width is 1/2 inch. The length of the top sash guide is 2 1/4 L x 5/8 W x 1/2 H.

Hi, I have a window balance stamped 32-4 BM5 CMC 9, it is 1/2" wide, it appears to match the "S351" end sets from your ID page. I have attached photos of the ends and the stamp. The Aluminium section is 33" long

I believe this channel balance matches either series 390 or 351. Can you please confirm? Thank you.

Hello,The only stamp on it says "3240 JP"It's 33" long, 1/2" wide, 1/2" deep. I'd appreciate knowing the Swisco equivalent of this part, please. Thanks,Adam
