Window Balance 32 8 DV CMC 2
I have a counterbalance with very little info or part number stamped on it. From the pics can you determine a replacement part. Medium size single hung window. Window was made around 2004. Thanks John

Unsure of stamp option on metal channel balance
The metal channel of my balance measures 33" long but my stamp shows 32 9. That's right 32 9. No zero in how it is shown. so do I order one that is 33 inches long (metal channel length) at 3210, or one that is 32 inches long? And what option number? 3210? or something else?

What stamps to choose for S351-33 channel balances
I am replacing the channel balances on a few windows in my condo and have a few questions. Four of the channel balances have the 3220 stamp but are all broken. Does that mean maybe the window was too heavy? Should I replace it with a channel balance that has a higher sash weight range or is that nor ... (cont.)

Window channel balances
I need two pairs of springs. Could tell me if I have chosen the right ones. They seem to be 1/2 inch. Closest I could match are S351-26 option 2530, S351-32 option3130 Thank you,

Do I have the Series 351?
I'm replacing a non tilt block and tackle window balance from a single hung Milgard window. I'm not sure this is the original balance. The metal is 33 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. It is stamped 3240. Images of the ends are attached. I'm thinking of ordering the 33" Series 351 Channel Balance, S3 ... (cont.)

Channel Balance Check
Just want to be sure that I have the right top/bottom pieces on my 33" long 1/2" channel balance. Looking at your website, I'm guessing that the top is a 19-002, and the bottom shoe is a 15-002. Since it's a 34 pound window, I'll spec it as a 3260. Please confirm. Thanks.
