Hi, Can you help me find this part? I guess it's called a top sash guide The company that sold these windows was called Vinyl Therm Inc. in Minneapolis MN. They are out of business. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks, Tim

I need replacements for my windows that match the 18-073 is exactly however mine are in brown (they have a faux wood grain finish). Is it possible to get these in another color other than white as shown?

The 18-073 looks like my sash guide, but you don't say what the distance is between the top and the part which goes through the sash, which is crucial to determing if this is my guide. Can you give me this measurement?
