I have a customer looking for several replacement parts for some old windows. I'm not sure if it's considered a sash cam or a top sash guide. I can't find an exact match through several online searches.

I need 2 S385-17 and 2 top sash guides, see attached photos, they are different from the ones 18-009

Needing help identifying the correct window balance and top "keeper" piece. The balance is 21" ans has embossed BSI 2040. It is 1/2" wide. The top keeper piece that attaches to the window is 1" x 1-1/4" on the top section.

I need to know what this part is so that I can order it for my window.
