I think I need two (2) channel balances - 1/2 inch, 25 inch length for a non-tilt window. I think it's a series 350I need four (4) top sash guides 11/16 wide x 1 11/16 height. The top piece of guide is 1 1/16 x 1 1/4. I can't seem to find the piece that matches in your catalog. Please advise whi ... (cont.)

Hi, Do you know which top sash guide I should get? These will be guiding a 390 series balance. Also, if my current balances do not have a weight stamp on them, do I use the weight of the window to determine the stamp option?

We have a few vinyl replacement window that we're sold by Ducana who've ceased operations likely 10+ years ago. The channel balances look like a common part to replace. One of these snapped when removing the window for cleaning, sending the channel guide up like a shot! The windows were custom manufactured by a local source who is no longer in business. Do you have anything that might work in its place?

Need this for windows

These are older vinyl windows that use channel window balances on each side. To remove sash you open sash take out clips and window slides sideways out of frame. The pics I sent are on each side of top rail on window that grabs the channel balance. Not sure of their name other than prime sash cam, b ... (cont.)

This is a piece that caps off the channel/spring for the window. Need help finding a replacement part.

This at the end of the top of the bottom sash. It prevents the balance from extending beyond the sash. Don't know what it is called or where to buy one. Need a left side.

I need to locate this style bracket for my vinyl windows. Three windows have a broken bracket and the spring assist rails are only working on one side.

Hi, I'm having trouble finding something similar (see pics), particularly with the integrated plastic dowel. I'm not sure how necessary the dowel portion is? The measurements are: Depth (top of guide): 1 1/2" Height: 1 7/8" Width (top of guide): 1" Width (rest of the guide): 5/8" I can send any o ... (cont.)

These are for a Fiberlux non tilt. As you can see they are 5/8" wide, 3/8" thick, but I do not have height as both are broken. There isn't a second screw hole in the sash, probably the reason for the 5/8" long insert on the back. This broken one is 1 3/16" tall but I'm sure the overall was a bit lon ... (cont.)

Part is white, not blue, as in pictures. Wide flat piece becomes part of the top of the window. Holds channel in place when window is lowered and therefore hides channel spring assembly (slide).

Hi. I am looking for replacement clips as shown in the photos. They screw into the window and hold the balance spring in place.
