Hello, I am attaching multiple photos in accordance to the Swisco Youtube Video. Could you please help me identify what is the proper balance needed. I have alread purchased 2 incorrect ones. thank uou

The previous owner of house didn't have this installed in the window and it was broken. In need of this part. Stamped 26 C

I need two part no. 2630CJ. These window parts are twenty years old. It's 1/2" by 27"

I have 27" long (steel part) balances. They are stamped with the number 2640.They are for single hung sash windows. They resemble your S370. I would reallylike to get some replacements. Please advise on what to order.Thank you,Tom

The guides on our existing 27" channel balance are broken. Does the exact shape of the guide impact the installation of the new channel? It is hard to compare our existing channel balance guides to the new one and I'm concerned about a proper fit.Thank you,Chris

Mine have the number 2630 on it. I know the end pieces are a 19-004 and a 15-002. They are 1/2". What do I need to order. Thanks Lynn

Hi. I need help in a hurry (sorry). I'm moving in a week and I need to fix some windows for the buyer. The stamp is 2630 and I feel confident that the ends are what's on the S370. PictureS attached. I am looking for 1/2 inch channel, 26 9/16" metal length side series 370 channel balances. You seem to only sell balances measured to the inch. Are other sizes close enough or do I need to replace the balances with the exact same length?
