I need the silver side pieces 18" and the parts that attach to window that are in my hands and broken and any other parts you'd think I'd need

I'm trying to find these parts that go in the top corners of the sash for aluminum windows with channel balances.

I've searched for these sash guides and cannot find the exact replacement. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Hi, I am looking for the correct top sash guide pairs. These look to be directional. My channel balance is stamped 1640 and measures 17" metal to metal. I think they are S390-17. Do I measure the shoe straight across or do I follow the curve which would make the measurement longer? Thanks Alot! ... (cont.)

My photo is missing the part where the screw attaches to the sash.

I looked under nontilting counter balances but am not seeing a matching part number. By my photos is something, can you tell if you would stock this part? I am not sure the make or year of the windows. They are aluminum, channel is 9/16th wide, non ribbed.

My windows are at least 14 years old and I do not see any manufacturer brand on them. Some of them became very difficult to lower. Measurements: Top - 1" by 1 1/8" Top to bottom of first box - 5/8" Top to bottom of second box - 1 1/8" Total length - 1 5/8" Bottom width - 5/8 Bottom of first box on backside, 3/8" from edge that goes to angle. I need help identifying the top sash replacement part on my window. The windows were already in the house and there are no labels as to what brand they are. They are non-tilt.
