S371-24 24" Series 371 Channel Balance

Hello i am home owner and my window balances are too old (1987). I nedd a replacement part. The balance is about 5/8" wide and 24" long, I think it is called block and tackle type. Could yu help me providing a similar part?

I had a previous order 02/18/2012 # 332692 and ordered 28"" series 371 channel balance. These are for same type of window. Markings 2740 measures 28inch 2340 b.s.I measures 24" I believe the 371 series is correct?

On the 24" length, the number is 2340. On the 16" length, the number is 1540. From your diagram I determined this is 371 series. I have 6 windows that would require both sides to be replaced, which should be 12 balances.These are the 24" length. The 16" length I have 3 windows that require both side ... (cont.)

I need 16 Balances for 8 Windows. The Balances measures 24 inches X 1/2 inch and iare stamped with the number 2320. See attached pictures.

24" Channel Balance Identification is this S371-2320? The outside dimensions of the shoe and top seem right but the top part 19-031 does not have the middle divider that the tab in the track may require. Please identify. Thanks.

I'm trying to identify the correct parts to order See photos - 3 different windows - channel sizes A.[16" x .5" (9/16")] and B.[24" x .5"] and C.[28" x .5"] all three sets have same shoe size / shape - see photos Windows A. and B. have one top which IS damaged see photo while window C. has ... i'm looking to replace many channel balances in the widows in my home. Photos attached are of one set. 1/2"w 24"long #23 B BSI. Do you have replacements for these? Thanks for your help! Jackie

I am not able to choose the correct balance with your pictures on the website. Could you please assist me. They are 1/2 inch square. The first is 24 in with the inscription 2320 the second is 16 inches with the inscription 15B.

I ordered S371-24 doesn't fit

Not sure what part number to order based on the top and shoe. I have quite a few in different sizes but the top and shoe are all the same. This one is 24 in. Shoe looks similar to a 15-004 or 15-005 19-031 or 19-004. Perhaps a series 371. I am enclosing a pic for you.

I recently placed for a S371-24 replacement balance and the top piece on the window balance does not work. I found the part in replacement parts but not already assembled with the balances. Can you put Rollyson 19-037 top with the bottom of the Series 371? Can I rivet the 19-037 top into the bala ... (cont.)
