I need two channel balances for a Norandex 6 over 6 Single Hung aluminum window.They are stamped BSI 3630, and the metal channel is 37 inches long, and nominally 1/2 " wide by 5/8" deep. The windows are NON-TILT. The top fitting appears to be 19-005 , but without dimensions, I cannot tell. ... (cont.)

The top sash guide is 15/8 " long and the "channel" it slides in is 5/8 " wide

I have several plastic parts broken and the spring can't work properly.

This part is mounted on each side at the top of the window sash. It engages with the side balancers. It was used on Norandex and Alkan windows.

I am trying to match a channel balance and sash guide...when I type in the stamp number to help identify the balance it measures metal end to metal end 35" but the shoe, top and sash guides don't match...the stamp is 3440 PR BSI....the sash weight is 50 lbs...I have attached pictures with measuremen ... I have a 35" X 9/16" balance with 3440 stamped on it. Window has a 5/8" sash guide, Norandex 18-161. Balance looks similar to your 35" Series 380. My top piece and shoe (see photos) look similar to yours. Do I have the correct part? What is the 3440 option?

I have found what I beleive is the correct replacement balance. It appears to be your P/N S380-37 It is stamped with the number 3650 and the letters 'BSI". Per the attached I also need the Sash guides shown P/N 900-18140W which i could not find on on your website. Please advise Than ... (cont.)

I just purchased a house with Alcan windows and several are broken. This metal part on the side of the window just pops out. Do you have this part? The window height is 40 inches on this unit. Also, how are these installed? Thanks Jerry

Looking to buy snap in Glazing and Sash guides. Glazing measures 0.6" height, 0.23" Top and bottom width Sash guide is 5/8" wide x 1.75" length. Cap measures 7/8" Sash looks close to be a Norandex P/N 18-161 Would like to order soon from you. Thank you. Best Regards, Jeff

these shots are from a twenty year old Alcan window. The balance is 30"x1/2" the markings read 2920 B.S.I. HC do you have a replacement that will work? Thank You, Robert

I am looking for this part at the top of the sash that the channel balance rides on to open and close the window.

We can't slide up some of our windows. There is some kind of plastic spring device that is broken. How can we replace this. The windows are made by Alcan. They are in good shape except for this.

Hi i need the Snap-in Glazing. For this window. And i need the Top Sash. It is 1 3/4 long and 5/8 wide. The glazing is so bad i cant get it out with out it braking apart. I order Channel Balances # 380 worked great i had to trim off a little bit on the shoe but works great thanks. ... (cont.)

I was trying to replace a sash on a 10 year old non tilt window today and a plastic tab on the top of the window broke. can you give me a part number for this?

I just bought a pair of S380-30 (option 2920) balances thinking this was my problem. The balances did not engage with the sash when lowered. Now I learned the the Top Sash Guides were broken.
