Im having trouble finding the part number for the top sash guide. Its an alcan window. Its 5/8". I see the part number for white but I need brown

The part in the pictures is 5/8 inches wide for the part that goes into the track and the total length(including the cap which is about 2/32 inches) is one and 3/4 inches. the total width including the cap is 7/8 inches. I could not find a match in your catalog.

I do need 5 brackets that go on the side of the window.

The sash balance springs up past the window. Found the broken sash cam, looks like the plastic broke around where the screw would mount. I need 2 balance springs for an Alcan window. Also two take out clips. The sash is 32 inches high and 52 inches wide. I do not have the old balance springs for this window. Can you help me?

I am trying to identify the proper Channel Balance. Alcan 2320E. I have attached copies of the top and bottom. It is the 1/2" channel and 24" long.
