Need top sash guides for 35 series 350 channel balance option 3440. I have ordered the channel balances from you

i need screws to attach 18-161 sash guide. Original guide split and the screw is missing

I'm trying to find replacement channel balances and top sash guides for my windows. The home was built in 1990 and has Alcan non-tilt windows. Almost all the channel balances and guides are broken. The channel balance is 1/2" and 29" long (not including the shoe and balance top)and is marked 284 ... (cont.)

I have balances that resemble your Series 351 and 390. But the shoe on my balance is about 1-1/4" from from to back, or perhaps heel to toe. Will that make a difference? I need eight or more balances.

It's from a keller window it measures 1 3/4in long width is 5/8 in and thickness is 3/8in has one screw hole the top plate measures 7/8 x 5/8 in
