Hi. I received my order and all parts are correct. I'm now in the process of changing out the window parts and find that the top sash guides are also broken. I've taken pictures of it and was hoping someone could confirm which exact part I need. Thank you,

I have two windows which popped a sash guide (probably dried out) and the balances are extremely difficult to move. I think I located the guides as the 5/8 Norandex variety, but I need to make sure I'm picking up the correct balances. The only thing on the side of the balance is the stamp "2930", ... (cont.)

I need 4 balance rods for norandex windows in palm beach Florida. The metal part is 1/2 inch wide and 37 inches long. The number stamped on it is 3635. I'm not sure if it's a series 380, 385, or 390. If you could let me know I would appreciate it. Thank you. Robert

I have several of these that the plastic ends have failed. the one I pulled out has a stamp 2690 31 they are from Simonton windows if that helps The metal part is 1/2" x 27"

They are 35" long

Dear SwiscoI want to order parts however cannot figure out the part numbers. Want to replace the channel balances and top sash guides. Metal part of the channel balance is 37 inches. There is a number 3650 on the side of the channel balance.Much appreciated.Francois

So I was replacing the springs and then I noticed the top white part holding the spring in place is broke or gone, then the springy metal that holds the spring is missing. Can you help ID them so I can order it. Thank you

Hi, I have a Simonton window that has a broken top sash guide. It was always though to open prior to the guide braking. The top sash guide identifies as part 18-161 (confirmed with measuring the broken guide). The channel balances, however, are not the same which perhaps contributed to one side's to ... (cont.)

This is a Florida window and the 15-029 custom shoe is an exact size match. I assume that custom shoe would go on a S380-37 with the 3640 option, confirm?
