I am in need of (2) ALCAN 2930 and (8) 3620 Channel Balances - from 1990 Alcan windows. I am also in need of the snap in glazing. The glazing measures 9/16 (instead of the 7/16 that the 55-092 shows) and is 7/32 the same as the 55-092. Additionally, the window locks are 2 3/4 inch (2 1/4 inch center ... (cont.)

Do you have replacement stops for the attached picture? I purchased new channel balancer and realized I had a couple broken since they wouldn't catch the balancer.

They are for the top side of the window that lock to the rail

The channel length is 29.9". This is for a single hung, non-tilt window 46" wide by 62" high. The stamped identifiers read: 29.9 OA BSI.Thanks for any assistance you can offer.

Requesting 4 Window channels 35" series s380 3440 weight. I need a smaller 7/8" winged balance shoe #15-029 installed instead of the standard 1". These are 30" long with stamps of 2930 (smaller window) and 2950 (larger window) - based on your site it looks like either S380 or S385 to me. Appreciate any suggestions to get the right ones ordered. Thanks!

Have been discussing replacement channel balances with customer service. This is a 27" balance with a 2690 stamp on it. Bottom shoe measurement is 7/8", so customer service stated this will need to be custom. I am looking for (4) balances. We have identified the top sash guide as 18-161. ... (cont.)
