S380-27 27" Series 380 Channel Balance

need help identifying a replacement block-and-tackle channel balance for an older (20+ year old) single-hung vinyl window. The balance is stamped A-2620. The aluminum channel measures 27 inches (metal only, not including the plastic end pieces). The balance has white plastic top and bottom guides at ... (cont.)

I do not have any pictures of them installed because I have 5 windows and they all have fallen out. They are series 1500 single hung. The best I can read of the markings on the item are 26-3 CK 5 CMC 6. They are all faded. The metal part of the item is 27 inches. Is the 27" Series 385 Channel Bal ... (cont.)

Hello! We just moved into a new house where all of the balances have tossed out except this one. We can't see any numbers or other forms of identification on it. It's 1/2in wide and 27in long. I think it could be the 380 or 385 model, but I'm not certain. Thanks!

Hi, my left balance string and plastic end piece both broke. The metal piece is 27" long, 1/2" wide, and the window weighs 17 pounds. Can you please confirm which balance is the right one to order? Thanks,Kim

It measures 27" on the metal part. I don't know how much weight it needs to hold. We want to replace about 12 of them in our rental units.
