Hello I'm needing this part for the window to my mobile home it won't stay up I will need two full sets

I need a pair replacement balance for an Alpine window. I an not sure if it's an s380. I measured the depth of the shoe at 1 inch. Meta part length is 27 inches. The width of the metal part is about 1/2 inch on both sides.

Item is non-tilt 1/2 inch wide 27 inch long Markings say "26 5 IW CMC 11" To me, it looks like S378 or S380 or S385, but I can't tell what the differences are between those?

Came off when opening the window. The length seems to be 27" (metal edge to metal edge) while the number printed on it says 26, not sure why they're different

Manufacturer is Pacific windows. Windows are original to a house built in 2001/2002. Balance channel is 27" long and 1/2" (9/16") wide. I can't tell if the photos uploaded or not. In case not, the stamping on the balalnce channel is a "26" with some space and then a "4" and then a sideways "BSI" ... (cont.)

Hi, I have a Caldwell window balance that I need to identify and replace for 2 windows (need 4 balances). I am attaching photos of it. The total length is 28in while the metal part is 27in.
