Hi, I have a Caldwell window balance that I need to identify and replace for 2 windows (need 4 balances). I am attaching photos of it. The total length is 28in while the metal part is 27in. Hello! We just moved into a new house where all of the balances have tossed out except this one. We can't see any numbers or other forms of identification on it. It's 1/2in wide and 27in long. I think it could be the 380 or 385 model, but I'm not certain. Thanks!

Hi, my left balance string and plastic end piece both broke. The metal piece is 27" long, 1/2" wide, and the window weighs 17 pounds. Can you please confirm which balance is the right one to order? Thanks,Kim
