Hi, I'm looking to find complete replacements for both window channel balances on a window. The only markings I see on them are 1720 on one and 1740 on the other. TIA

The only number printed on it is "17 4 GQ CALDWELL". Came out of a 3'x3' aluminum window. Both are in the photo. Left side failed because a tiny white plastic puly broke.

I would like to identify these so I can purchase six .Thank you !Chris

Need help replacing sashes. Sash measures 18 inches and is 1/2 inch wide. Marking on metal says "1740M."I ordered a different size last year for a different window(Oct 2018) and it worked perfectly. You are the best!Tom

Hi. I need 4 window counter balance units. Metal to metal length is 18" and the width is exactly 1/2".. I believe the Swisco part number is S351, but would like to have you verify this for me.. The balancer I have is stamped 17 B with B.S.I. initials. The balancer measures very similar to your S385-18 but does NOT have the wings

Our building was completed in 1997. This channel balance is 1/2" (+ a hair) wide and 18" long. The only markings are those in the photo. Can you identify this and tell me the price for a replacement including attached top and shoe?

Larger balance has m 40-4 stamped on the side. Smaller balance had 17S23 stamped on the side. Both are 1/2" in width. Smaller balance is 18" in length, larger is 41".

I need to replace an 18" long 1/2" channel balance. Your series 390 is the closest match but the balance I have has a 19-005 type top instead of the 19-002. What do you recommend?

I am fixing my daughter's windows and need to repair some Channel Balances. One I can not identify is a 1/2 inch 18 inches long, but has 17 S stamped on the back. The others I have been able to find on your site. Can you point me at the correct one? Thanks
