S390-27 27" Series 390 Channel Balance

Hello I have a non tilt window that is missing both of the channel balances, I do not have anything to reference a part number when ordering a channel balance set from you. Are there other ways I can determine what model I should order from you?

I am looking to replace channel balances that are stamped 1740 and 2740. When I try to order them from your site I am prompted to select options that, for the 1740 offer 1610-1640 and for the 2740 offer 2610-2640, respectively. I see no description of these options. I need replacement channel balances (1/2"). The I.D numbers are 2620 and 2820, but I can not tell which top and shoe to use. My windows are Metalite, installed around 1981. Thank you.

The stamp option represents how much weight your balance can support. We offer a chart on the S390-27 store page that tells you precisely how much weight is covered by each option.
