Window is missing the original channel balances
Hello I have a non tilt window that is missing both of the channel balances, I do not have anything to reference a part number when ordering a channel balance set from you. Are there other ways I can determine what model I should order from you?

What are "options" when ordering channel balances?
I am looking to replace channel balances that are stamped 1740 and 2740. When I try to order them from your site I am prompted to select options that, for the 1740 offer 1610-1640 and for the 2740 offer 2610-2640, respectively. I see no description of these options. choosing a channel balance model number
I need replacement channel balances (1/2"). The I.D numbers are 2620 and 2820, but I can not tell which top and shoe to use. My windows are Metalite, installed around 1981. Thank you.
