I've never seen windows like this before. These plastic guides? or whatever they are called, are on the top edges of all the lower panes. they screw on from the side. We need about a dozen, they probably all cracked because windows were forced when they were not lubricated? PS:

No wings on top or bottom, and the shoe is more than 1" deep. Please confirm that this sash balance is s390 - 27. Note the groove on the top piece.

I want to be sure I order the correct sash. The window is an Empire Pacific window, circa 1992. The sash is 1/2-inch wide and looks to me like at S351 shown on your website. The marking on the sash is: 2630U and the length of the metal part is 27 inches. Thanks for your help. Tom ... (cont.)
