Geinow single hung non tilt window. Dimension is 45.25 inches by 29 inches high. The metal balancer is 27 inches long by 9/16; dimension is for the metal part not including the plastic on each end. I've purchased replacement tension rods however they came without the plastic pieces at either end. The recommended pieces that I ordered from another company don't work with my window.
