broken channel balances need to replace
Ho there, Our built 17 years house has 10 PCS up/down windows. We found the most of them have issues to open, which is causing by channel balances are off their positions. 2640x27 Side Load Springs
Have a large window with two side load springs with the only marking being 2640x27.on one of them. Evidently someone replaced one of them at some time because they are not exactly alike. I want to order a pair. What do i order. Photos attached

Window balancers
Geinow single hung non tilt window. Dimension is 45.25 inches by 29 inches high. The metal balancer is 27 inches long by 9/16; dimension is for the metal part not including the plastic on each end. Stamp option- how do I determine if no stamp?
I need to purchase a 27" Series 390 Channel Balance to replace one that has broken on my window. I checked the balance and it has no marking on it denoting the stamp option. How do I determine this?
