S390-29 29" Series 390 Channel Balance

The stamp on the window balance says 28 3 JO CALDWELL. I measured 29 inches and need two of them if you have them. Please let me know. Thanks, Mike

Looking to get an answer on which channel this is. It is 29" long metal end to metal end. There is a stamp on it that reads 28-3.

The aluminum one is numbered 28DS48L. The steel one is numbered 2890R 48. they both came out of the same windows not sure if the aluminum one is a replacement one.The total length including the ends is 30 inches.

What product do I need to order? 29 inches by 1/2

First bracket is stamped 2830. The cylinder bracket measures 16 inches. Sandy

Spoke to Tim yesterday. Returning 2 balances I ordered previously, wrong length and the ends have ears ( tabs ). The originals don't . My originals are 29 inches long. Hope the pictures are helpful to identify the old balances so I can order the correct replacements.

To whom it may concern, Respectfully request assistance in identifying the correct part numbers for the attached pictures. I am thinking the right match will be a 28 inches long Series 351 Channel Balance with with a 15-002 shoe and a 19-002 top attached.

I purchased two 29" Series 390 Channel Balance Product Code: S390-29 in 2009. They have been in the window since then. I recently looked at the balance because we have had a harder time closing the window. Turns out the track part has begun buckling. I know they have been in there for many year ... (cont.)
