Please help me to identify the correct part numbers. This is for a double hang dark brown aluminum window. The marking is "28CUSB", the metal part is 29-inch long (without the plastic part). Thanks. Larry

Window slams down, will not stay up. I have removed the two aluminum cartrages on the each side of the window. They actually fell out. one is intact, the other the string assembly has come apart from the pulleys. The cartrages are marked "28 3 C H". I need help figuring out which to order. Attach ... (cont.)

"28 4 FP Caldwell" is the print on the metal bar. It's a none tilt window and the metal bar measures almost 29". 1/2" channel width. Please advise on what part to order. Thank you!

Chanel measures 29 inches. Window weights 19 lbs. It looks like a 15-001 and 19002 top and base . What do I need to order .? Blair

stamped 2830, will need sash at top of window also. Wanted 2 balances and couple top black sash pieces also. mine are black sashes on white windows

The information I have is the following. These are Jordan windows, series 25 thermal barrier aluminum single hung. The building is about 24 or 25 years old. The balances are printed as follows : 28 3 Caldwell JM.

Stamped 2863. 1/2" channel balance. Can't tell if it is an S351 or an S390. I'm pretty confident on the 19-002 top, but don't see much difference between the 15-001 & 15-002 bottom. Also, can I assume that going up to a 2865 is the right choice?
