S390-29 29" Series 390 Channel Balance

"28 4 FP Caldwell" is the print on the metal bar. It's a none tilt window and the metal bar measures almost 29". 1/2" channel width. Please advise on what part to order. Thank you!

Chanel measures 29 inches. Window weights 19 lbs. It looks like a 15-001 and 19002 top and base . What do I need to order .? Blair

We need to replace about 16 block and tackle type window springs. The pictures show the ends and the spring mechanism. The metal shaft is 29 inches long. Do you still have this type of spring Regards Bruce M

The information I have is the following. These are Jordan windows, series 25 thermal barrier aluminum single hung. The building is about 24 or 25 years old. The balances are printed as follows : 28 3 Caldwell JM.

Stamped 2863. 1/2" channel balance. Can't tell if it is an S351 or an S390. I'm pretty confident on the 19-002 top, but don't see much difference between the 15-001 & 15-002 bottom. Also, can I assume that going up to a 2865 is the right choice?

Replacing channel balances and retainers clips in old Jordan windows (house built in 1991). Appears the best choice is Series 390-29 Option 2840 at 29". Retainer clips are #16-002. Please see attached pictures. There are three sizes of single pane windows with balances marked 2340, 2820, and 3440. Please identify which of your part numbers these are. I think they are series 351 but i'm not sure. Thanks, Sandor

I have Kinco Windows from 1988 in my home and the balances are wearing out. I have removed a pair and they are marked 28 3. It appears that I need 28" 390 Series balances.
