S390-29 29" Series 390 Channel Balance

Hi, our balances say 2810. It looks like the 28" series 390 channel balance should work, but I don't see 2810 listed. We weighed the sash and it's 11- lbs. would the 2710 work for us, or did we calculate it wrong?

2840, 29", but don't know which series.

Looking for channel balances marked 2830 and 29" long, measurement of the metal portion end to end. Also measuring 1/2" wide and deep.

We have aluminum windows, non tiltable that uses channel balance 2830. This part is missing for some as a result the channel balance doesn't go down with the wondow

I am trying to get a list together to order and need to identify another pair of windows using the same sized channel balances. Thanks

Need to replace multiple Jordan window channel ballances in home I built in 1988, aluminum double glazed/thermobreak non-tilting panes. I will need multiple sizes, enclosed is a picture of one; only marking is 28 3, and the metal portion is exactly 29 inches. The width is 1/2 inch ... (cont.)

Both ballasts on my window have gone out. It looks like hook and tackle and is marked with numbers " 28 3 BJ", 29" long not included plastic attachments on either end. When I looked at your 29" lengths, there's are a variation of series available and I don't know which series this falls under. I inc ... (cont.)

nontilt window spring. sez caldwell 28 4 LN on channel.. metal channel is 29 inches long and 9/16 (your "1/2") wide. Need 6 for 3 windows.

Our window channel balance broke and we would like to replace both if possible. Our window is Atrium the writing on the Channel Balance is 2830 bsi vm

Good Morning, I sent a few pics a month ago and was told you needed to see the ends of the balancers to determine the correct one. Hopefully this will be what you need. The only markings on it are 2840 cj and then an emblem and cs. I took a photo of that so you can see.

I need the pieces that go on the sides of the window.The metal channel is 29" longThe plastic piece in image 0696 is 1/2" wide and 1 1/4" longThe plastic piece on the other end is 1/2" wide and 5/8" longwhich part do I order to replace a pair of these?ThanksEllen
