S390-29 29" Series 390 Channel Balance

I have two windows in my room, and those dont get stay up once i open, watched youtube and found the website. Length is 29" and 1/2 depth, please help to idetify the right parts so I can put back

The metal part of the balance is 29" long and weighs 19 pounds

Good afternoon, I am needing to order 20 of the 28-5 window balances and I need the ends in the attached pictures installed. How do I do order that?

No markings present. Metal clip and nylon fittings shown in the pictures are damaged. Length of the channel portion of that balance is 29"

I have uploaded the photos I think you need to identify and replace a set of old Caldwell window balancers. The balancer used for the photos was intact and functioning, but the other has a broken pully wheel so I will replace the set. The metal portion of the balancer measures 29". Do you have a rec ... I'm trying to replace these broken sash balancers. The aluminum bars are 29" long and the only markings are a stamp at the bottom with the number 2830.

Only identifier is 2810 metal length is 29" , 1/2" width no ears on plastic ends

Windows are from around the '80s, non-tilt out, one side gave out and slid down in the frame so I pulled it out. Looks like one of the pulleys broke a rivet? ID printed on channel – 28 4 GX CMC 11. Found on your website the 2540 series 385 appears to be a match. Looking for qty 4. Also need qty 2 of the 2830. See attached photo of spring side, block and tackle BSI 2540 pp

Can you assist me in finding the correct replacement window sash balance spring part? House built in 1994 in California, I assume original windows and springs. Metal Channel is 5/8" wide on the open side and 29" long. Metal Channels have stamped "28 3 CALDWELL JM" I have one more picture of the wind ... (cont.)

I have a few different stamps with the letters that are all reversed. 2830D, 2840D and a 2830E. The D and E appear identical. I understand the 30 and 40 differentiate loads.

I'm a return customer. These look like S390 but I'm not quite certain. We have two windows and need parts for both.

balance metal is 29" L. has stamped 28 3 and half sized letters J1 looking at maybe s351, s390, s395 I measured bottom shoe at 1 1/8"

The metal rail is 29 inches long the number stamped into the rail is J 2840
