S390-29 29" Series 390 Channel Balance

to whom it may concern,I need 12 balancers however I am not sure which model #, these are 30" OALDan

I'm in need of a Millguard replacement channel balancer. My measurement is 9/16 wide & Deep, by 30 inches long. What would I order from you to replace that? John

Current balances are identified as 28 2 GK and need to identify new parts. In the past, I have replaced the balances in another window and it was a Series 390 but a different size.

Current balance spring is marked 2830 B91. They are 1/2" wide. What is the next size down in spring strength that I can order? My wife has trouble closing the window all the way with these springs installed.

My window was never installed completely (see photos). I can not get the window to install using the 2 channels in the photos. Installed the window without the channels at present. Is there a way to determine the correct channel balances by the window markings, etc? 2810 is stamped on one and the ot ... (cont.)

The aluminum rails are 29" long and stamped 2830. I need two of these rails to repair one window.

Hello. I am replacing the balances on my window. I am pretty sure it is the s390. Both shoes do not have wings. The bottom shoe depth is 1 3/32 in depth which is really close to the 1 1/8 in on the 390. I believe the difference in depth could be from natural wear from use. The length of the metal is ... The window is approximately 47 3/4" by 59 1/2" Single, no tilt.Window fails to stay up and I would like to replace both balances. Hoping you can supply new 1/2" balances complete with the plastic end pieces.More than happy to send additional measurements or photos.Les

Measuring only the metal it's 29"A2830

The Jordan window overall height is 58.5" tall. It weighs 21.6 lbs. the markings on it appears to be 28 B S1 w. The metal length appears to be 28.75 inches. Metal with plastic 29.75". The width is apx .5 inches. Thank you for the help identifying them.

The markings are 28 3 HU CMC the metal portion is 29 inches long.
