S390-29 29" Series 390 Channel Balance

I am looking to change out 2 window balance for a Jordan window. The first 3 pics are of the balance. The last pic is a top sash guide from another window. Can you help me identify. Thank you

I don't know the brand of the channels but the numbers are 2830 8s TR the windows keep coming of the chanel, I believe the plastic ends are worn. Can you please point me to the right ones.

Need these balance parts for 7 windows 14 pc's. Need part number to order.

I ordered the channel balances only to discover that it was the plastic piece on the window that needed to be replaced. Argh! The channel balance numbers on the windows are 2520 and 2830's. Balance is 1/2 in wide and 30" from plastic tip. The metal part is 29". The back has the number 2830 and above that B.S.I. The house was built in 1987.

All of our windows are the same brand and style. Aluminum, probably put in around 1990. But some of the channel tops and shoes have what I call "wings" sticking out to the sides and some do not (see pics). How do I know which ones I should get? Are they interchangeable? Looks like I have a broken Jordan window balance and what I believe what you call an end cap on the same non-tilt window. Need to ID correct replacement parts that need to be ordered. Hello The metal part of my channel balance is 28 and 3/4" - would I need the 29"? The markings are "28 3" and the shoe is 1 and 1/8". I was looking at the 29" Series 390 Channel Balance 2830. Window slams down, will not stay up. I have removed the two aluminum cartrages on the each side of the window.
