S390-29 29" Series 390 Channel Balance

Need replacement balance 28 4 ENGLISH Caldwell

I've never seen windows like this before. These plastic guides? or whatever they are called, are on the top edges of all the lower panes. they screw on from the side. We need about a dozen, they probably all cracked because windows were forced when they were not lubricated? PS:

I know this is a 1/2 channel balance, it is 29 inches long. It is stamped: B.S.I 2840ca. I'm having trouble figuring out the correct top and bottom inserts. It looks like the S390 is the correct one, but I'm not sure.

Want to replace all windows, Double Pane 1991 Built. Also have to check on 2 other windows I believe to be 2840 My Measurements were 7 windows 33 and 2 43. Would need all clips to make all windows like new. What do I need.

I have a Milgard window with bad plastic pulleys, that pinch the cords in both of the 29" channel balance springs. Windows are single hung, fixed, aluminum, circa 1980, installed in a Florida home. I cannot determine if the channel balances are model number 5351 or 5390 from the pics on your website. I am looking to change out 2 window balance for a Jordan window. The first 3 pics are of the balance. The last pic is a top sash guide from another window. Can you help me identify. Thank you

I don't know the brand of the channels but the numbers are 2830 8s TR the windows keep coming of the chanel, I believe the plastic ends are worn. Can you please point me to the right ones.

Need these balance parts for 7 windows 14 pc's. Need part number to order.

I ordered the channel balances only to discover that it was the plastic piece on the window that needed to be replaced. Argh! The channel balance numbers on the windows are 2520 and 2830's. If you could ID the part in the picture and send me the part number for ordering, I would appreciate ... (cont.)

Balance is 1/2 in wide and 30" from plastic tip. The metal part is 29". The back has the number 2830 and above that B.S.I. The house was built in 1987.

All of our windows are the same brand and style. Aluminum, probably put in around 1990. But some of the channel tops and shoes have what I call "wings" sticking out to the sides and some do not (see pics). How do I know which ones I should get? Are they interchangeable? Looks like I have a broken Jordan window balance and what I believe what you call an end cap on the same non-tilt window. Need to ID correct replacement parts that need to be ordered. Hello The metal part of my channel balance is 28 and 3/4" - would I need the 29"? The markings are "28 3" and the shoe is 1 and 1/8". I was looking at the 29" Series 390 Channel Balance 2830.
