S390-29 29" Series 390 Channel Balance

I ordered series 800 balances . The attachments looked right but the balances are too thin to stay in my window. Can you tell me which balance I need? Some are stamped 2840 and some are 1640.

This is from a non-tilt Jordan window. The windows were installed in 1995 and as you can see, have given up :-( These are 29" long (metal strip only).

I need L/R Balances. My Parts are: 29" Long-just the metal channel The stamp on side is 28-3-EO

Number on balancer is 28 3 Co Caldwell. The length excluding the plastic ends is 28 and 3/4 inches. Thanks Larry P

need two channel balances for a no tilt window, channel balance marking is 28 4 EP Caldwell, metal length is 29 inches. I can not differentiate top or bottom shoe by examples in your website. Pics uploaded are top and bottom views (both front and side view)

My balance reads 28 3 but measures 28-3/4". What do I need? Can I just use a stock balance? I don't want to go through the custom process, so frankly, I'd be willing to fiddle around to make a stock balance work.

The cord on one of my channel balances broke, and the plastic at the top of another channel balance is broken. Can you tell me which balance and top I need to order based on the photos I attached? I think this part is perhaps a Top Sash Guide. There is no part number on it. I ordered the S390-29 Channel Balance to repair my window and I?m needing this top sash guide as well, just not sure which one. I?m not sure if this helps or not. Thanks.

Need replacement balance 28 4 ENGLISH Caldwell

I've never seen windows like this before. These plastic guides? or whatever they are called, are on the top edges of all the lower panes. they screw on from the side. We need about a dozen, they probably all cracked because windows were forced when they were not lubricated? PS:

I know this is a 1/2 channel balance, it is 29 inches long. It is stamped: B.S.I 2840ca. I'm having trouble figuring out the correct top and bottom inserts. It looks like the S390 is the correct one, but I'm not sure.
