need help to Determine What parts I mean

I need to replace my channel balance. I don't know the model or make. Hope youll be able to help me find a replacement from these photos. thank

Good morning! My window are from 1987. The channel balances are all missing one thing or another. I would like to begin replacing all of them ( a mere 60!!!) They are 29" and considered 1/2" from what I can measure according to your direction yet the stamp on the side reads 28 2 ? What do I need t ... (cont.)

We have a 1983 build home wiwmth black jordan windows. Some have worn balances. The stamp is 2830 and is 29in length. However I need new sash caps also. Which series are these. They are 5/8w by 5/8d by 29 long.

I need two of these or something that would work

Channel is 1/2". Metal part is 28". My ends have no wings. Depth of bottom is 1 1/8". Ink stamp is 28 3 Caldwell FM. Whaddya think? You've helped me before, I hope we can do biz again. Thanks, Joe

Hi, The 29? long channel balances were stamped with 2820 or 2830. The 25? had 2420 and I guessed that the same height window with six panes that was missing its balances was 2430. The sash guide I ordered matched the dimensions and screw holes of mine. The 18-064 is smaller than mine. Thanks! ... (cont.)

the top looks like a 19-002, but I'm not seeing a shoe that matches what I have. The shoe measures 1 1/8 inch, so would I be able to use 15-001?

Metal channel is 29" long. Springs ate identical but ate set in different holes. The plastic ends are identical on the 2840 and on the 2820 channels. This channels are from a Jordan window installed in 1986.

Jordan windows installed in 1986. The metal channel r both 29" long.The springs look identical but set at a different hole location. The channel 9/16" wide. Need 4 complete tracks for the 2840 & 4 for the 2820 with 8 caps that to push channel down. Thank u.

Have Jordan Windows, Series M21, 386G. The Balance Number is 2840, the top is similar to a 19-002, but I don't have any bottom shoe to compare to. Also need a similar top sash guide, i can send dimensions if needed. Please let me know what other information you need.

The length of the metal part of the balance is 29 inches and the total length with the plastic tips is 30 inches stamped 2840 ha bsi

I don't know anything about channel balances, the only identifying marks on this challenge balance is #2820. I need to order two channel balances with all needed attachments, caps and springs included, how much will that cost me?

Trying to find this channel balance. Jordan Windows evidently out of business. Only number I can find on the part is 28 3 EJ. Please help!
