S390-29 29" Series 390 Channel Balance

Good morning. I'm looking for two channel balance sizes. These are for Jordan windows installed in 2000. a. 30" long, 830 BSI DL stamped on the U-Channel b. 36" long, 3420 BSI LM stamped on the U-Channel Please point me to the correct parts. Thank you very much.

Length 29 inches. only markings are 28 C. Also need clips at top of window and a plug to keep the channel balance inside the window.

Good Day- I am trying to replace the window channel balance in attached pictures. The stamp on side of the balance is 28-B. Can you help me identify the parts that I would need? Thanks! Gary

See either our S351-29 or S390-29. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. Compare with your old balance to see what the closest match is. You will need a stamp option of 2850.

Need to identify and order several sets. Only number I can find is 2810:

I have two windows. four balances (two lefts & two Rights. I have a number stamped onto a balance that I can read : 2820X. I narrowed it down to either your 351 series or 390 series. Window sash / channel balance.

The measurement was 29 1/8 inches. I beleve it is a 2830 series 385 but not quite sure. It appears 29 inches is the length you sell but I measured several times and got 29 1/8 inches.

Channel Balancer is 30" long about 1/2"wide with 28 3 DN Caldwell printed on Channel Window is aluminum 50" x 31 3/4"

I need 2 of these. The writing on them is 28 3 80 caldwell

I have old windows that don't close all the way and I paid a window guy to replace the balance in some of them however I want to try to fix the rest of them myself. If my Windows are 28x27 7/8 what size balance should I buy to replace them? Are they the same size as the windows or smaller? ... (cont.)

Hello! I am in need of new balances for some of my home windows. Per your site instructions I added photos; the markings say "28 3 AN Caldwell", and they are 29" long and approx 10/16ths wise, 9/16ths deep. Can you recommend the proper replacement parts? I need a set of each size but I'm not sure what exactly to order. One has BSI 1640 stamped on it and is 17" long. The other is 28" long. They are both 1/2" wide. I will also need some of the little metal stops that flip in and out when removing the window. I believe they are to keep the balance ... (cont.)

Part is a plastic peice attached to top sides of sash which engage the channel balance on aluminum windows. Thanks for helping to identify.

I would greatly appreciate assistance in identifying the correct part and option for a Jordan non-tilt window. I am assuming that I need a pair of: 29" Series 351 Channel Balance option 2830based on the photos and the markings on the existing balance. 16-23 pounds sound about right for the window ... (cont.)
