I am going too order some balances for nuprime seasonal all replacements. I think they are 390.However some of them are 28.5 inches. Are they available or do I need to get 28 or 29. Thanks

I have to replace the balances on two Jordan windows (total of 4 balances). The balances are are 29" in length and have "28 4" stamped on them. Can you recommend the correct parts and clips?

I want to order replacement channel S390-29 but I'm not sure how to determine sash weight range. There is no stamp on my existing 29" channel balance. Printed on back of channel is "28 3 AX GMC 7". I need to replace two of my window channel balances. They are labeled Caldwell 28 4 DM. They measure 29 inches and go in a window that is 30.5 inches. I think it's the S350-31 but I think the shoe is different than the 15-004. Also, I do not know what weight I need.

Hello Swisco, How can I distinguish the 29” 2830 Series 390 Channel Balance from the 29” 2830 Series 351 Channel Balance? From the photo on your web site it appears that the only difference is the 15-001 vs. 15-002 shoe. How can I distinguish them, they look alike. I have attached a photo of ... (cont.)
