Hello I ordered 8 S390-30 - 30" Series 390 Channel Balance Option: 2965 to replace 2964 window balances I installed 4. but they are much too strong. It turns out that they have a double spring inside of them instead of a single spring like the old one. I could not see this in the website picture t ... (cont.)

Hi, I'm looking to replace 2x BSI 1/2" Channel Block and Tackle Balance Non-Tilt. The digits on the block and tackle are 17 20. The second/longer block and tackle has the code 29 20. I believe one is 17 inches and one is 29 inches. How does this translate into SWISCO parts? Thanks. ... (cont.)
