Looking for a top sash guide and Jordan window balance. The balance is 29" metal to metal or 30" overall

Hi, Please help me to identify my broken channel balances. There are only some ink printed characters on the metal that reads "29 9 38# KO CALDWELL". There is no other identification on the channel balance. Enclosed please find the top and bottom brackets. THANKS IN ADVANCE. Tim

The window is a Philips 800 series vinyl window. It has the following printed on it 29 6 LW CMC 11. It measures 1/2" x 30". Which channel balance do I need? Pictures attached. Thanks...Craig

Hello I have a non tilt window that is missing both of the channel balances, I do not have anything to reference a part number when ordering a channel balance set from you. Are there other ways I can determine what model I should order from you?

for item S390-30, requires a number (2910 - 2950) for adding into shopping basket. How do i know which number to click on which will reference to S390-39

I have selected the 18-009 top sash guide for Kinco non-tilt windows. Depth seems to measure 8/16' instead of the 11/16' in sketch. All other dimensions match. Do i have the right part?

We have a block and tackle that has a stamp 3030 HD B.S.I. It looks like your S390 but the stop shoe looks different. The top shoe on the bar that we have does not have wings. The top shoe on your S390 is the 19-005 but has wings. Ours does not have wings. Can you help us identift what we need. The ... (cont.)

The series 390 has 15-001 shoe and 19-002 top attached and the series 380 has 15-005 shoe and 19-005 shoe.
