The part reflects: Unique 29-C-30 and a date of 20-07-99. I'm assuming I need a full set for both sides of replacement parts; so whatever is required please let me know and I'll order them right away. Tks, Charlie Q

I live in Central Florida and my porch windows were manufactured by Seasonshield (later bought by JeldWen). Many (practically all) the top stop caps have become brittle from the heat and need replacing. Are you familiar with this brand and do I need to replace all the channel guides as well? I am no ... After a lot of jerking around, I finally got these two channels away from the window. I'm not sure how they'll go back in, but I trust you can help with some good instructions. I need 4 window balances. The stamp number is 2940 BSI and the length of the metal channel is 30 inches.

Hello, The channels I'm looking to replace have markings "29 3 CP CALDWELL" & as shown in photos. Note, the measurement of the channel is actually a full 30". I would be grateful if you can direct me where to purchase. Thank you.

This is a 30" long 1/2 inch balance. It looks most like your S351 except that the long "prongs" on my channel balance shoe are 1 3/16" whereas the length on your S351 is only 1". Also, it is stamped with 3020 which is not an option you provide. The sash only weighs 7.5 lbs so I'm not sure whi ... (cont.)

Hello, we have some aluminum frame windows that are in good condition, squared, but the channel balances are in need of replacing. Metal length is 30 inches. Metal width is 9/16 inches. Believe Windows are Phillips circa 2006. Now Phillips is out of business. I have 16 Windows this size that I want to replace both side balances. At a minimum I need to replace 10. Is there a left and right? Some Windows appear to have 2 ... (cont.)

I have a PGT double hung non-tilt window. I think it's a 1/2" channel balance, but I can't get the sash out. I've watched the video, I pop the take-out clips out, and I raise the sash as high as it will go. But I can't pop it out of its channel. It's a big window. The sash is about 50" wide by 31 ... (cont.)
