Spring assembly for non tilt aluminum window from 1965 building

I have removed my cylinders to order replacements but cannot figure out how to weight the sash if not removed from the track. Any advice

We have an 18-inch long, 3/8-inch dia., red tip, block and tackel end older window balance and we need 4 replacements. We have ordered the wrong ones and need what will work, thank you for your help, we have company coming soon. Sincerely, Jim

Trying to find the right spiral non tilt 3/8 inch balance for my window on th clip end which is 2and 1/2 inches is the number 132 the balance is 18 inches and a 3/8 inch tube

I have 4 windows total and I need replacement springs for all 4 (8 springs total).The sizes seem to be 18" (x4) and 24" (x4). Even those these windows are old, about 1972 with the original building, I'd love to keep the windows and simply replace the springs so the windows can smoothly open, stay op ... (cont.)

Please let me know the proper spiral to order. Do I need to order anything other than spiral? Worrried about the bottom and how to connect to window. Thanks.

The balance is 18 inches long and 3/8 inch thick. The sash weighs 10 lbs.

Replacing window parts in structure build in 1970s- single hung, non-tilt windows. Need (8) 18" 3/8 Balances with white tips. Also need (2) 11" 3/8 Balances with white tips. These parts are not listed on your website. What should I do? Thanks! Tom

I'm trying to identify the correct replacement part for the spiral balance shown in the attached picture. Also looking for instructions showing the proper way to replace/adjust the spiral balance for non-tilt aluminum windows.
