S400-31 31" Series 400 Spiral Balance

Please advise and provide links to replacement parts for my non-tilt windows. There are no markings on my existing parts.The tube diameter is 3/8". It appears to me that I would need the following types:1) Spiral Balances, 3/8", 29" length, Non-tilt2) 1) Spiral Balances, 3/8", 31" length, Non-tiltAd ... (cont.)

The spiral tube is 30" and 31" to the tip of the spiral. The tip looks like it may be red, the windows were installed on 2004. They are single pane non tilt and the mfg. code is GA-1. I can't tell how the spiral attaches to the bottom of the window. The one photo try's to show the one bottom corner ... (cont.)

I was able to find on your website the two Spiral Balances I need (S400-31), the two metal brackets #62 (17-062) and the Spiral Balance Charging Tool for Non-tilt Windows (75-005). 400 series 31 inch spiral window balance

I need to replace the balances shown in the attached picture. The rod is 30.5 by 3/8?. There is no color tip. Do I by the the 400 series? If so the 30? or the 31?. What color tip as there was no tip on the ones that I removed. Thank you, Debbie
