S500-26 26" Series 500 Spiral Balance

It is 26" long 1/2" diameter...

I need to try and locate a window balancer for a window I have. Please refer to the images below. it is a non tilt The diameter appears to be 7/16" The length is 26" There is no tip, which I think is part of the problem.

My Windows are about 20 lbs. The color on the end is white. The length is 26 inches. The diameter is 9/16's.

spiral balance non tilt window. i had to bend balance rod in order to remove it. the window is small and there was not enought space. do they make a fexabal rod?

I have two old aluminum windows that won't stay open and I need new non-tilt spiral balances. I have never done this repair before. Can you tell me the length of a red S500-26 from the top of the balance to the bottom cross member with the spiral fully extended?
