I have what I am almost sure are Marvin windows with a 29 inch measured spring balance- 2 for the top window and two for the bottom. They are the same shape and length as the S751-29 product you sell. The stamping says 28XHD. What is your equivalent product? Are the tops and bottoms the same uni ... (cont.)

Is there a way to estimate the proper balance height based on the sash? Customer needs interior shutters removed for access and they do not want to do that until the work is ready to be done. Visible glass is 29H, the sash height is 34.25. Thanks

Hi, Didn't see anywhere where the 751 ribbed channel balances come with the clips for hooking onto the jamb liners? Do they or do I have to order separate? Thanks, Pat

Hello I'm looking for a pair of window balances for a double hung from Kolbe Kolbe. They are tilt in windows. The balances are beige in color and have 28-HD stamped on them. There looks to be a small black and silver piece which I think might be the brake?

I have 8 Double Hung Peachtree windows series 300 with block and tackle balances. The stamp on side is 28 TG. I need to replace 24 balances. The balances are labeled with a number. The size listed on the balance is different than the actual length of the part. For example a size 16 measures 17". It seems odd that the channel balance for the upper sash is the same as the lower sash because the lower sash stretches the spring so much more. How do you remove and install a S751 balance? Marked on my balance it says UNIQUE 30 H D. I see the installation diagram for the other type of balances but this one is not the same is there a diagram for this type.
