S751-32 32" Series 751 Channel Balance

Hello,I'm trying to see if you have any replacement channel balance for my old weathershield windows. The window model per their website is a 610/810 double hung tilt, part: 980825 for a 32HD balance. The housing is 32 inches long, the spring is 17 inches long, together they weight 13.58 Oz and on the housing it says K 31TGX

I was told by the builder, Bielinski, that my windows are your product. On one of them the balance shoe is broken. I don't know what to order nor do I know how to replace it once I get the part. Need 4 balancers for each of these sizes? also would like to see if you sell just the lower locking mechanism that is on the bottom of the balancer pully.

Custom order request- I need a pair of 32" Series 751 Channel Balances S751-32, each with a 15-197 locking terminal. The sash weighs 29 pounds, so I'm figuring the 31HD option. Can you please reply with a quote. Thank you.

Current balancer is on Weathersheild vinyl left hand side. balancer is 32 inches in length.
