I have a right hand awning window crank I'm trying to replace. There are no part numbers nor manufacturer listed. However, it appears your Stanley Operator, right handed product code 39-058 is similar except for the two screw holes at the top ear. Mine has one. Also mine has 2 offset screw hole ... (cont.)

I found the shoulder bolt washer I need, but need 1/2" (outside diameter) e-ring clip for my particular awning windows. Would you be able to get this size e-ring clip? Thanks

Hello- we just bought a home built around 1963. It has 3 pane aluminum jalousie windows which are OK except most of them are missing the e-rings and what appear to be push-nuts that keep the levers running in the slots so the windows can close all the way.
