No part numbers.

Parts are broken and some are worn out, including the plastic guides for the slide rails.

Hi, my 70s era crank out is broken. Please confirm that I need to replace the mechanism. It's right side crank. Do I need 5 1/4"? Let me know if you need anything else.Joy

I need to know which crank to order. The windows were installed in 1989 and the crank seems to be stripped. No numbers or identifying marks.

I put the wrong length on jaulosie window crank. Need the little piece you crimp...round, flat circle, with two notches in it. Y'all only sent one with crank. No room errors! Lol

Hi please help me identify my awning crank. It looks like 39-026 but I can't be certain. I attached photos including the interior. They're not the best. I can't figure out how to remove it from the awning mechanism.

Good morning, I am searching for a few parts on a glass window that are in sections or panes. I am including some pictures, one is a plastic piece that allows on glass section to move up and down. The other is a pin that connects the window to the regulator. Lemuel

Stanley part # 10-8231-RH two screws on top and bottom 5.25" apart. The gear pivot came loose but I don't have room to press it back in. Looks like I need replace. Do you have this part and can you direct me to installation video? Thanks

Hello,I am looking to replace two broken awning window crank operators and one broken torque shaft bearing. I have attached photos of the (broken) cranks uninstalled as well as the working installed cranks. The only measurement not shown in the pictures is the length from top holes to bottom holes, ... The crank handle has disengaged from the lever controlling the opening louvers. It looks like pin has sheared off. Also plastic clips have become brittle and broken off. Rubber seals have hardened and become ineffective. Basically a renovation job which I can do is now in order as long as I get the ... (cont.)

Pix 1+2 show broken off sissor hinge openers on North unit installed late 1970's 3rd pix shows intact unit which has scissor hinges as photoed on both sides of over n under glazings

These window supports are available it is the pin that it attaches to is the problem. As you can see in the picture, the pin falls out clip still attached. Any ideas on how this could be reconnected?
