looking to replace parts

29" rod for tilt window

the length is 28 7/8", lower window sash is 18 lbs, 3/8" diameter but the tube is white plastic and looks like the tip may be white and inside the tube when the spiral is closed. Looks white when fully extended. Can you help me identify what i need?

Hi, my tilt windows in my sunroom were installed when the room was added in 1999. I didn't move in until 2016, and they have never opened/closedd easily. The swivel balances are 29" long and 3/8 diameter. I do not not see a colored tip. The pivots are 2" long and look to be a 1/2" wide overall..

Tilt Window system - The metal tube is 3/8" x 28 1/2" inches. Do I select 28 or 29 inch?

I need 28 1/2 in balances would a 28 work or should I go to a 29 in balance, or do you custom make balances?

Hello, this is 3/8" Dia and 29" long tube. The prongs are approximately 1/2" apart. Will your 900 yellow top replace this? Thanks!
