Do you have? 2" x 1" with curve metal prongs. 29" rod with black rubber tip and 2 notches 3/8" diameter.

Have tilt windows, metal tube length is 28.5 so should I round up to 29 when ordering.? Definitely 3/8 width. I don't have much information to share, beyond the photos. I find no marking on the windows. I know they are about 20-years-old because they are original to the house, which we had built near Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Trying to replace a set of spiral balances & the pivot lock shoes. The tube measures 3/8" thickness x 28-3/4" long. Do I order 28" or 29" balance? Also, I don't see the pivot lock shoe on your website. It is 3/8" thick, 1-15/16" overall & 31/32" wide. Has a Red cam.
