S900-29 29" Series 900 Spiral Balance

My name is Larry and I work for Mr. Handyman of Northwest Austin. I have ordered parts from you in the past. The length is 30 3/8 inches tip to tip. Orange plastic piece at the Spiral exit of the tube. The letters KRAO are printed on the galvanized part of the spiral balance.

Im in need of 30 balances, 30 shoes, and 30 sash pens that go into the shoes that hold the window in place. I believe I need 28"x3/8"

Hi, I had someone come out to measure the balancers & took pics of the pivot shoe. The balancer (spindle top measures 29" & 3/8 wide) the pivot boot is 2" top to bottom & an inch wide. I am attaching photos of the boot. He will need to cut a notch at top to remove.

So, inspected this MW window and is in need of balancers, pivot lock shoes, 1 tilt latch and possibly metal tilt pins, depending on your thoughts with the new shoe.I believe the balancer is S900-29 and -26 for upper and lower spiral balancer 26" and 29" x 3/8" tube, but sash seems light and tips are ... Please look at my pics and the products I selected. I also need on regulator cover. Do you sell those? The regulator body is 28.5. Should I get a 28 or a 29? Not sure what color is good.

I need to replace our window balance on a couple of our windows. There is FT B 1 printed on the round tube, and it is 29" long. I attached some pictures. I believe the windows were installed in 2000 or 1999. Any help would be appreciated. Kevin

I have 8 large windows with each sash weighing 20 pounds.I also have 2 smaller windows with each sash weighing 13 pounds. The rod length for all the sashes is 29 inches, with a rod diameter of 3/8 inches. I believe that the "Red Tip" balance will satisfy my needs for both window sizes, but I'll need ... (cont.)

My balances are 29" long with Blue tip See pic. My pivot shoe is 2"H x 9/16" thick app and 1 1/8 wide app. the 1 1/8 isn the app with of the channel. i haven't removed anything so I can t get exact measurement. i hate to remove them until I have something to replace them. I need to replace the spiral balance on casco single hung tilt windows. Do they use the 5/8" diameter? They have red tip and were 29" long

Hi I need 6 of these Balances and 1 install tool 4 window locks

They are 29" long width of 3/8 and the window sash weight is 22 lbs. Should I order the red, or green. Also need 4 balancers for a 26" length 3/8 width with 9 lb. Window sash also need 4 window balancer length 29" width 3/8 window sash weighs 25 lb.

Here are some photos of my balance including a code of ( D V A 1) on the side of the 29" tube. The full length with the spiral Extended is 58". I am trying to determine the tip color and wanted to see if you agree this is a yellow tip. Please let me know.

I am replacing old spiral balances on my vinyl tilt windows. The old balances are 3/8" 29" long and green tip, however my window only weighs 12lbs. Should the replacement balance be a red tip? I'm afraid that the window would be too light for the green tip balance. What weight range is the red and ... (cont.)

ordered Product Code: S900-29 -Yellow tip and the windows will not stay open. Balances were charged and that did not make a difference. The window sash weighs 20LB
