Hello. I am a returning customer. I have to order a few 29" balancers with orange tips (I guess that is "red" in your description). The picture I uploaded shows my window shoe and twist balance, I'm looking for help to make sure I order the correct replacement parts. I'm having trouble finding the right Tilt Window Spiral Balance. The tip on my current widow's spiral balance is white. The tube is 29". Most of the ones I'm finding don't have an option for a White tip. I took 2 pictures. One is of the tube with the spiral balance and the other is the Spiral Ba ... (cont.)

Inside the track of my window is a tube 30 inches long and 1/4 inch wide with a twisting rod inside (guide?) that appears to have broken off from the bottom. Is this replaceable and how do I disconnect the bottom piece? The top seems easy enough, just being a screw but the bottom seems like a leaver ... (cont.)

Not sure what they are called, but the two things that keep the window from dropping are broken and the window will drop. The attached photo shows the length and what the item looks like. Are these available?

The home was built in Florence, KY. between May thru August of 1993. I would like some help identify the parts need for repair. The spiral balance plastic tube is 28 3/4" long with a blue tip. I need to replace my spiral balances for my tilt windows. Balance is 3/8 width by 29 long,with red tip. My window weighs exactly 26 lbs. Red tips supposedly only supports 22 lbs. Which tip should I use. Scale is accurate. Thanks

These are 29 inch long spiral but they have yellow tips. I need 28 of these and 28 shoes

My window is 3'x5' my sash weighs 19.4 # on my bathroom scale. My tube length is 29" long. My sash weight falls under multiple color weight ratings. Not sure what to choose. Please help. I cant identify exactly what color the old tips were. I suppose they are sun bleached.
