I have some spiral balances which consist of two different lengths everything else is the same they are 25 and 29 inches in length and 3/8 inches in diameter. Broken mounting end (white plastic). Pictures show length is about 28.5" but not sure color to choose. Existing may be yellow? Assume a 29" would work. The window is about 18 lbs in weight and it is tilt. Thanks

Andersen single hung Winddows do not stay, The diamater is 3/8 29 Lenth for four windows needs 8 spiral balance, and a window 3/8 diameter 13 Lenth I need 2 spiral baalance, as you can see and the picturo green color , not sure which serial number to order, please help me out.

I have to replace my window spiral balances. I cannot tell the color of the tip. Most of them are faded. The picture shows the only one with some color. Could be yellow...could be green. The measurements are 29" long and 3/8 wide. The sash weighs 17.2lbs.

Hello. I need 2 replacement balance springs for my 26-pound single hung window sash. There was no color tip when I removed both of them. they are 3/8" diameter and the rods themselves are 28-1/2". Hey there window experts. Having issues with a tilt-out window--balance rods and pivot shoes not in good shape. Good morning! I have a roughly 28.5" long blue tip, spiral window balance that is 3/8" wide out of a tilt window. When I ran these figures through your part finder, I couldn't find this exact one. Do you guys have any advice? Thanks!

A few windows at my parents' house are VERY difficult to move. As the first step in resolving this, I removed the lower sash from one window. I have a 28.5" tube and 20lb window. Pivot shoe in below pic is 0.965" x 0.370" x 1.92" Also, I can't find a sash stop (4") similar to what was with the window. What do you recommend to cover the cutout for the removal of the pivot shoe?

The length of the tube is 28 7/16", and a 3/8" diameter. I cannot see a tip on my existing balance, and do not know how much the sash weighs, so not sure what weight capacity to order. The windows are vinyl, 36"W x 60"H. Thanks for any help you can provide!
