3/8" diameter 29" long tube no bushing on end. These are on Cavalier manufactured home vintage 2006. They have been noisy for years and getting harder to open and close. Thanks for your time, Mike

I caanot seem to locate repair parts for this broken balance. I am sure it will have to be substituted because the spring alone has not beenlocated on your web site. I'm looking for some of these, see uploaded pictures. The OD is 3/8 inches and the length as shown in one picture is 28-5/16 inches. The sash weighs 18 pounds.
