I'm trying to find the correct parts for a up - down sliding window. The parts and the product label on the side of the window is attavhed.the name PRISM is inscribed on the laches of the window.

16 windows installed with this order. Multiple components have failed. Does Swisco have parts for this order?

I am looking for a suitable replacement pivot bar for a Simonton Window. I cannot find a match anywhere. Would you be able to recommend a replacement?

Pivot bar for window to help hold it up. 2-5/8" long. 1/4" wide. 5/8" wide at widest point at middle.

Pivot bar came off Simonton Prism window manufactured on 2/07/2014. The bar measures about 2 5/8 by 5/16 by 3/16 the holes are 5/8 apart.

Hello. I need 20 replacement pivot bars for Simonton double hung sashes. The bars that are broken have a 90 degree elbow that ends in a semi circle. Need balances for both sides of upper and lower windows. Spring is marked 406. Also need the brackets that attached to the lower window that fit into the cams. There is still a part on the springs but the cams and the other plastic piece that fits around the cams have all fallen down the window tra ... (cont.)
