Hi, One of my windows balances broke on both sides, top and bottom. I need to replace. The brand is Simonton Prism. I've attached the images for the balance, the balance foot, the window foot, and the serial number. Thanks!

This pivot post broke on an old simonton window I bought through home depot. I don't see one that looks like it. Can I use the new simonton post. If so, will I need another part to go with it.

The part has the numbers 25, 12 and 9 on it. BUt is 2 1/2 inches long. Do you have it?

The lower "clip" is broken and 1 guide pin is broken on a sears window. Can you see if you can help me out? Thanks, patrick The guid clip pictured is not broken but bent. And the window is impact resistant.

Do you carry this part I see that you have a longer one with more holes but I just need this one that is only two and three eights.

I need one sliding window pivot bar as shown on the photos. But I am not sure which part exactly this is. Product code 26-336 seems to come closest, but is not exactly identical.

Can I buy the whole ass'y for the balance ? If not what about the pivot lock shoe? Also do you have a match for the pivot bar ?

I can't seem to find a pivot bar to replace 2 that are broken. The pivot shoes are also broken & I purchased 2 15-192 to replace them. The 15-192 metal cam is slightly narrower but I can use the old metal cams if needed. The opening for the pivot bar is only 1/4" & the space to the screw hole looks ... (cont.)

While washing this window, opening the lower sash, it came out of the slot, and I discovered this piece was broken. I removed it and am quite sure I can put a replacement piece in.Is there a replacement piece available?Thanks!Marie P.S. I previously sent this without the photo!

There are no markings on the part, and I do not know who made the windows.
