Hello! The plastic shoe on my Simonton window gave up on me. Attached are pics of a good side and the broke side. Please let me know if you have this part. Thank you for all your help!!!

What is this piece called that comes out of the window to go into what I think is the shoe in the side of the window?

Window is a white double hung Simonton that is about 20 years old. Plastic that holds the spring cracked. Window got stuck. Number on spring is 408. Also the pins that screw into the window are broken. Would like to replace all the parts in the assembly. Want to replace both the right and lef ... (cont.)

I don't know where it went (?!) but one pivot bar is completely missing. I can't find anything in your catalog that looks like it.

One of my windows is missing both pivot bars. I need to buy two replacements, but I'm not sure about the brand or anything. This pivot bar is from the next window.The windows are Simonton brand

There are no part #'s or description to this part. I have taken 3 pictures at different angles of the broken part and one picture of where it goes on the window. It is on the bottom part of the bottom window

My pivot bar piece snapped off when the window came off track, can you indentify the name of the piece? They were new vinyl double hung windows.

9808 Number on the part

Hello, I'm looking for a pivot bar that broke on me, the only thing I see on it are three number 10, 16 and 29.

I'm not sure if this is from an Andersen 200 series double hung or American Craftsman 70/50 series but I need this pin, all help is appreciated.

The pivot bar is 2 and 5/8 long. 1/4 wide Coil balance spring is 2 1/2 long 7/8 wide I need one pivot bar 3 left coil balance spring 1 right coil balance Springs

Your link must be down. The dimension on the web are the same as my parts. The looks and shape of the parts are the same. I find only a '5' marked on my parts. The window shaft is a double D shape that would fit but I have a molded snap like ring about 3/8 inch from the outside end of the shaft. You ... (cont.)

These are two "pivot" pieces in a window. They have broken and need help identifying and finding replacement parts. The window is currently having new glass installed and they recommended your weddings to help find replacement part.
