I would like help identifying what is needed to replace my pivot pins and shoes and I have attached photos in hopes that you can assist me.

So I have a polaris window that is missing what I believe is called the sash tilt pins. The devices in the side of the window are there and fine, but the pins that should be in the picture are misssing. This is on a Polaris window.

I have 4 windows that needs the pivots bars, pivot shoes plus coil Balances 3 sets if coil Balances for a 28x28 window and 1set for a 39x28 window Frame has the cutout Also found this block with pile at the bottom setting in the pocket

It is a metal part that goes on the left and right side of the window and allows the window to rotate in to wash them

I need a balancer assembly and a pivot bar for a Simonton double-hung sash. The balancer goes on the right side of the window facing it from inside the house, and the pivot bar goes on the left. the photos of the installed balancer are of the left one, as I had already removed the broken right side ... Has anyone gotten this to work? I bought a few of these but they do not fit as the latch/wings on the original is at the tip, and this one is further down. If I were to grind off the excess, then the large oval part would be too close to the shoe. I am gonna try the pivot bar 26-403 next. Would ... (cont.)

Hi! I need to replace the coil balance springs on 3 2005 installed Champion windows. I'm really only not sure about the upper spring supports. They have A-F vertically next to 6 dimples. One has a 3 to the left of the A-F and one a 2 to the left of the A-F. I'm thinking a 15-150 1/2" standard supp ... (cont.)

A pivot is broken and I have ordered two different pivots thinking they were correct, but do not have the same profile. Do you have the pivot pictured? Thanks, Wil

The pivot bars in our pivot window are broken. The only thing I can read on the bar is "china". I haven't seen anything on the website that matches exactly. Do you have a recommendation? Should both the shoe and bar be replaced?
